- Feel free to phone us at 883-5500 or 800-310-5554. We will always answer
during business hours (9 to 5 week-days, 10 to 5 Saturdays) and we usually
have a phone turned on between 8 and 9 at night, to help people who can't
be home at their computers during our business hours.

Wireless requires line-of-sight to one of our access points to work. Radios (wireless cards or
USB radios, etc.) are not all the same. Some are very strong, and some will barely
get across a room. The fact that you're getting 5 bars BEFORE your radio hooks up
to ours does not necessarily mean your signal is good enough. Until it is connected, a radio
cannot really know the signal strength.
